Hi,
My name is Kamila, I am Polish but for most my adult living in Scotland. I have 22 years of experience of working with children, young people and adults with learning disability, autism and sensory challenges. For most of my professional life iI was working in settings for children, either in primary school or residential respite services.
I decided to go through some changes in my life, started another university degree but also I'm hoping to be more flexible and travel more- I am very interested in long hiking routes and long distance trails. I recently visited mountains of southern Morocco and the spend time trekking across caucasian mountains in Georgia. I am big lover of animals and nature.
At the moment I am a morning carer for an elderly client still living in his family home with occasion live in option.
My responsibility for this client with dementia includes morning care, medication, shower, meals preparation, providing daily physiotherapy and activities around the house and outside of the family home, appointments.
