Introduction
Hello! My name is Angelyn, and I am from the Philippines. I come from a family where we help and support one another, and I believe this has taught me to be caring, patient, and responsible.
I have three younger sisters who are now 20, 18, and 10 years old. Growing up with them has given me experience helping take care of my siblings, especially my youngest sister. I help prepare their food, get them ready, assist with homework, and look after them when my parents are at work. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and being someone children can depend on.
I want to become an au pair because I would love to experience life in Europe, discover a different culture, and learn a new language. I also want to challenge myself, become more independent, and meet people from different backgrounds. I think living with a host family would be a wonderful opportunity to learn from each other and share our cultures.
I believe I could be a good addition to your family because I am willing to help, learn, and adapt to your family's daily routine. I understand that children need attention, guidance, and a safe environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. I would do my best to support you in caring for your children and make sure they feel happy and cared for.
I would also love to share Filipino traditions, food, and culture with your family while learning about yours. I hope to build a good relationship with my host family based on trust, respect, and open communication.
I know that living in another country will be a new experience with many things to learn, but I am excited about the opportunity. I hope to find a welcoming family with whom I can share meaningful experiences and create wonderful memories.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I look forward to the possibility of meeting you and getting to know your family!
Warm regards,
Angelyn
