I believe children need to feel safe, listened to and understood, while also having gentle, clear boundaries. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature, cooking together, reading, doing creative activities and appreciating the simple things in everyday life.
Professionally, I am a qualified dietitian, a healthy cook, a naturopath and a massage therapist. I have also worked for many years in hospitality and organising activities, which has taught me to be responsible, adaptable and attentive to people's different needs.
Healthy food and cooking are an important part of my life. I love preparing fresh, seasonal meals and would be happy to share this with your family, always respecting your preferences and routines.
I am a calm, curious and independent person. I enjoy meaningful conversations, discovering other cultures, travelling and learning from people with different ways of life.
