Hello my future family!
My name is Ava Erika, I am 20 years old and I come from Yaoundé, Cameroon. I am so happy to introduce myself to you.
I am a joyful, patient, loving and very responsible young woman. I grew up in a large and close family where taking care of children is part of our daily life. Thanks to that, I learned early how to be caring, organized, and to always put the safety and happiness of children first.
I have more than 3 years of experience in childcare. I have taken care of my younger siblings and cousins since I was very young, and for the last 2 years, I have been a regular babysitter for two lovely families in my neighborhood. I have cared for babies from 6 months old and children up to 8 years old. This includes more than 200 hours with children under 2 years old - feeding, changing diapers, bath time, nap time, playing and lots of cuddles.
What I can bring to your family:

- A safe and responsible person: I am very attentive, calm in case of emergency, and very clean
- Help with the children's routine: cooking healthy meals, homework help, creative games, reading stories, and light housework related to the children
- I love to teach! I can teach your children French, African songs, dancing and fun educational games
- I am non-smoker, non-drinker, respectful and I adapt quickly to house rules
Why I want to be an Au Pair:
I dream of discovering a new culture and becoming part of a loving family abroad. I want to share my culture with you and learn from yours. I am not just looking for a job, I am looking for a real family exchange based on trust, respect and love. I am ready to commit for 12 months or more.
