This hire will be assisting my current housekeeper of 19 years. She will be trained by current housekeeper but have a high attention to detail, must be a self starter, motivated and can anticipate. There are two other staff members, my housekeepers husband and another young gentleman that do general maintenance, heavy lifting, stocking pantry and water, errands and general help around the house. We travel a lot so there will be times there is not much to do and you will be able to leave early if all tasks are complete. We offer paid vacation and a Christmas Bonus every year. I'm looking for someone with the same work ethic as the rest of my amazing staff. Not someone watching the clock and running out the door at 5:00 and leaving things undone. There are times, not very often, that we will be in the middle of a project and everyone needs to stay another 1/2 hour or hour to get the job done. And there are times, I'm traveling for extended periods and I will offer the staff to take a day off, and schedule that amonst themselves so that someone is always here Mon-Friday. I believe we provide a great working environment and we pay our staff well. The reason my housekeeper has been with me 19 years, her husband 13 years
