My name is Lily, I am 18 years old from West Virginia in the United States! I am very outgoing, caring, and adventurous person who loves meeting new people and experiencing new things. I've always enjoyed spending time with children so becoming an au pair is something I am really excited about!
I have experienced caring for children of different ages, personalities, and needs. I've worked with children who require medication, as well as children with special needs. These experiences have taught me how important patience, understanding, and compassion are when caring for kids. I know that every child is different, and I really enjoy getting to know their individual personalities and finding ways to connect with them.
I would describe myself as patient, responsible, fun, and imaginative. I love being creative, playing games, spending time outdoors, and making even ordinary days exciting. I'm definitely someone who enjoys having fun and being silly with kids, but I also understand the importance of providing a safe and supportive environment.
I'm really interested in experiencing life in another country, learning about different cultures, and meeting new people. I think becoming an au pair would be such a special experience, not just because of the opportunity to travel, but because of the relationships I hope to build along the way.
I also wanted to mention that I do vape. I understand that every family has different preferences, and I want to be upfront and respectful. I would never smoke around your children or while caring for them, and I would always respect your household rules and boundaries. Your children's health, safety, and comfort will always come first.
I don't want to be someone who simply watched your children. I want to be someone they look forward to spending time with, someone they can trust, laugh with, and feel comfortable around.
